After a hail storm this summer caused a large limb to fall on my “Baby”, a Toyota Pickup, HIS Collision brought it back to life! I’m so thankful for the work they did and the time they spent to make me happy. I do not hope to need work on anymore vehicles, but if I do, I will only go here! They dealt with my insurance claim fast and handled everything for me! After dealing with many Augusta/Aiken body shops in the past and most of the managers had attitudes, I knew I’d never seek their help again. But the owner of HIS Collision is definitely the nicest I’ve met and I couldn’t be happier!

After trying several body shops without any luck, I was recommended to His Collision and thankfully so!!!! Not only did they repair my vehicle within a shorter time frame that I was given by other body shops, they also did a FANTASTIC job. They even assisted me with rental fees at their expense. This place is Awesome!!!

The BEST paint and body shop I've ever dealt with! Amazing customer service, exceptional work on my vehicle, and very fast. They listened to my needs and exceeded all expectations. Very affordable compared to other quotes! Will definitely be using them again if ever needed! 10 stars!

Unfortunately a deer hit me on 4/6/22. The shops in the Augusta area were all booked until June or further out. I was referred to this shop from another shop. Although it's 2 hrs from me, my experience was well worth it. My front end on the left side was completely damaged amongst other things. Lee (the owner) and his team did an awesome job. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. You can't even tell I was hit by a deer. The paint job is immaculate!!! I really appreciate this shop and the work they did. I highly recommend HIS Collison

I had a great experience with Lee! He was very communicative throughout the entire process and worked at a fast pace to get my car fixed. After I called him, he came by the very next day to pick up my car and got started on the repairs right away. I really appreciated how quickly he moved and how easy he was to talk to. I have been to HIS Collision Center atleast 4 or 5 times and they never disappoint. They are very professional and timely. They return my car like new everytime. My daughter hit a deer and we chose HIS Collision & we had a wonderful experience! They stayed in communication with me and my insurance company. With 4 driving children and 2 driving adults in our home, one thing we have a lot of is cars.. and a need for a trusted, local body shop. HIS Collision has been so good to us through the years. Not only do they do wonderful work in a timely manner, they are also a joy to do business with. From Lee to Daphne, and all the guys, it is a seamless process from beginning to end. Needing a body shop is not always the ideal situation, but if you ever find yourself in need of repair, etc., I highly recommend HIS Collision.
